What to do at the beginning of the rental period?
– Check brakes, tires and lighting
– Adjust your speed to the weather conditions
– Wear reflective clothing on bad weather days and at night
– Do not carry passengers, the bike was not designed for two people.
– Comply with the traffic regulations
– If you are riding at night, press and hold down the “+” button on the handlebar to turn on the lights.

What is the difference between stations with a padlock logo and stations with a flag logo ?
Stations with the flag logo are fixed stations with bollards in which the bikes are locked by the front wheel. To end your rental, simply put the bike back in the terminal.
Stations with the padlock logo are virtual stations with classic bicycle parking.To end the rental, you must attach the bike with the lock (see « How to use the lock ») and then in the application -> My rentals -> Return the bike and pay X€.

What to do if the lock is blocked?
How to use the padlock?
A lock is available when you need to make very short stops.
To use it, pass the lock around a fixed point (lamp post, post…) then the loop of your lock in the connected padlock placed on the rear wheel.
To unlock the lock, in the application, on the “My Rentals” page and on the “Unlock Padlock” button.
My Velibleu bike has just been stolen. What steps should I take?

– Accident with the bicycle: Make us an explanatory and detailed letter of the circumstances as well as personal and bicycle damage.
